I was fortunate enough to be given a private tour of Antelope Canyon (in Arizona) by the Native American family that owns the canyon.  They drove me through the desert in their pickup truck to the canyon entrance.  They even let me borrow their tripod to shoot some photos with!  It was so interesting to hear all of the names and titles that they had assigned to the different scenes in the canyon.  Although I had to bend, stretch and crawl to capture some of the photos, the colors made by the sunlight and rock made it all worth it!
