Description:

Boldt Castle on Heart Island in the middle of the St Lawrence River has been under a total renovation for near 30 years.  What was almost lost to time, now has been beautifully refurbished with more than 20 million dollars invested.  It is an absolute must-see in the 1000 Islands.  Currently about 100 weddings are held at the castle each summer.  Open mid May to mid October.  The Gilded age comes alive in Boldt Castle.
