Just when you've walked your poor little legs off going up and down the hills and alleyways in this amazing Mexican town, and are huffing, puffing, and feeling a lot parched, you happen across an irresistible array of colorful iced Mexican drinks - orange, strawberry, horchata (a delicious rice, almond and cinnamon concoction, our favorite), and alfalfa.  Alfalfa?  We looked forward to our horchata-a-day during our week's stay in Guanajuato.
