Description:

On Falkland Islands on private farm, we took a 4 wheel drive out to the coast  to see a Rockhopper penquin colony. Most of the penquins were chicks getting ready to leave the island but they  needed to finish molting irst. this chick was very inquisitive and came right up to me. Taken January 2009 using Cannon Rebel.
