While the "Painted Churches" of South Central Texas are primarily noted for their beautiful and ornately painted interiors, most of the churches also have impressive stained glass windows.  This example from St. Mary's Church in High Hill, Tx depicts the Holy Grail and the Easter Lily (symbolic of the resurection of Christ).  It is also interesting that either the names of the donors or an in memorium designation are usually to be found on the windows in either Czech or German.
