      <title>Vltava River, Prague</title>
      <link>http://mybt.budgettravel.com/_Vltava-River-Prague/photo/12874548/21864.html</link>
<description>Last fall semester I studied abroad in Prague, Czech Republic.  Prague quickly became my favorite city I've been to in Europe.  The buildings alone stamped a permanent smile on my face, despite the lack of smiles I received in return on the metro.  Every day I walked around this great city, and as the cobblestones led me to the nearest bar that serves "Kozel Cerny" on tap, I could hear the echoes of centuries of Prague's rich history.  This photo was taken in September from Letna Park.  Letna park used to be home to the world's largest Stalin statue, now it is admired for its stunning views of the Vltava and Charles Bridges, as well as the enormous metronome that maintains a constant slow-paced tempo.  When I look back on my pictures from Prague, I immediately miss the amazingly comfortable atmosphere that encircled my being each time I ventured out of my apartment and into the red-roofed city of a thousand golden spires.  (Dano Vukicevich)</description>
