After half a life of working as a Nurse, Tourleader and Teacher in 14 different countries, I now own and manage Geckoes Lodge with Tom, my husband, in Cocles, Puerto Viejo on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. Yes, it's as good as it sounds! To be living in the rainforest is a dream come true as every day is different and the beauty of our surroundings is spectacular.
