About Me

Tell Us Something About Yourself
I am a retired Air Navigation Specialist. My hobbies are wood-working, photography, stamp collecting, hiking, traveling and helping my daughter work on her Mid-century house. Having seven grand-children keeps me young and busy, and I love it.

Your Favorite Passport Stamp?
Austria, we took a cable car to the top of the Zugspit Mt. in Germany. The top of the mountain is located both in Germany and Austria. The Austrians had a check point on top so we had our passports stamped when we crossed into Austria.

What's Your Next Dream Trip?
Traveling north from San Diego to Seattle then along the Canadian Rockies to Banff or visiting the other Hawaiian Islands that we missed on our last trip.

You'd Never Leave Home Without?
I would never leave home without my wife. She is an excellent vacation planner and finds out-of-way places that makes traveling a wonderful adventure. She reads all the travel guides before we visit a place and lays out stops. When traveling in a foreign country we pick up a hotel card and off we go, sometimes getting lost, but finding those neat places. A taxi ride back if we get too lost.
