Grassy Waters is a nearby wetlands and nature preserve located in Palm Beach Gardens. A variety of vegetation and wildlife can be seen from the elevated walkways through the area. There is an airboat ride and kayak rentals on site.
This is a view of the popular resort area on Singer Island near West Palm Beach. The shot was photographed from a boardwalk in John D. MacArthur State Park nearby. The park has a beautiful sandy beach and trails for the wandering nature lover to explore. In addition there is a nature center and amphitheater where outdoor evening concerts are held.
