- From: Lux

Description:
Buddies said that during my four day journey in Hong Kong; my weblog was all about Hong Kong’sdelicacies, which lured them. Hong Kong’s special treats are really attractive. You will discover them everywhere in all the methods and walkways. Hong Kong is a position converging gourmets all over the globe. European, Southern, Cantonese, Japanese people, Shanghai taste, etc…. all types of special treats can be discovered in Hong Kong. Strolling in Hong Kong, like walking in the heaven of “eaters”.
The first day in Hong Kong, we were residing in a resort not far away from manchester international airport terminal. It was practical for purchasing, and energetic. Otherwise there was easy to take Anping caber car to see the biggest brown seated Buddha on the globe. We went to see the Buddha and had our lunchtime here. There was a position can eat monk meals. Though the dishes here were all veggie, they were very delightful and relaxing. As we had veggie lunchtime, we made the decision to have supper in an French cafe. The meals here is easy and beautiful. In the candle light, everything seemed so fantasizing. The most attribute of the supper was DIY crushed beans. The breads with French olive oil and crushed beans is so delightful.
The second day in Hong Kong, we had our lunchtime in the first airport terminal of manchester international airport terminal. The crab-flavor seafood and Cantonese drinks here are worth the suggestions. After lunchtime we went to Kowloon, and residing in a resort of this region with Forehead Road, ladies’ street, Australia Dairy Company in close by. Delicacies can be discovered everywhere, and our supper was fixed when we stepped here. If you are a “Eater”, you will discover your pleasure here.
The third day in Hong Kong, we had lunchtime in Hotel Novotel, seafood food, 198 Hong Kong Money per person. The seafood here is very clean. Fish, oyster and prawn are all my preferred. After lunchtime we went to Hong Kong Middle District. Out supper was Tai dishes. It was suggested by my buddy. It is said that the primary of the cafe Apple Shrub used to provide in Tai elegant.
The brief 4 times journey was just making one day. The lunchtime of the last day is simple: breads, French Fried seafood, white-colored bottles, and special-made dessert of the position. The taste is so good as it is successive flavored. After lunchtime, we loaded our baggage and ready to go home. In the bathroom of manchester international airport terminal, we had deserts and clean fruit. Remembering the brief 4-days Hong Kong exquisite journey, oh, I think I drop madly in love with Hong Kong.

Mexico Fun at the Grand Velas! Mexico Fun at the Grand Velas!
- From: ajjordan2
-
Description:
Sometimes we need a little luxury to supplement our budget travel…
I’ve seen the term, “luxury redefined” written in brochures, broadcasted on different websites to describe a wide array of products, services, and accommodations. However, the phrase never crept into my mind before visiting the Grand Velas resort in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico. The resort is a true, luxury all-inclusive resort. It stands in a class of its own; where most all-inclusive resorts offer complimentary room service, all-you-can-eat dining options, and bottomless alcoholic beverages, the Grand Velas takes it 10 steps further to create the first-rate service, fine dining, top shelf alcohol, and constant pampering that one would expect from a AAA five-diamond ranked property. The hotel contains one of the “Leading Spas of the World” (Spa Grand Velas Riviera
Nayarit) and the spa experience begins at check-in. I arrived at the resort Thursday evening, and within minutes, was treated to a 5-minute complementary neck massage in the lobby. The suites also contain spa-themed accents, such as plush bathrobes, his and her slippers, luxurious Gilchrest & Soames bath products, in-room Jacuzzi, and a private sauna (located in the presidential suites). According to the manager of the property, Rodolfo Gonzalez, “room service at the resort is referred to as “suite service” because of the vastness of the rooms (the suites are 900-1,000+ square feet and 95% have ocean views).
That evening, I had dinner at one of the hotel’s gourmet restaurants, Frida, named after the Mexican painter, Frida Kahlo. All of the hotel’s restaurants have ocean views, and present unsurpassed luxury, down to the cushioned purse stools. The neutral earth toned décor coupled with the Frida Kahlo recipe inscriptions on the wall offered a very Mediterranean feel. I sampled their six-course meal, some of which included the aguachile duo salmon and sea scallops, fresh tuna in chili seed crust, marinated duck breast in local honey, and the traditional lime pie.
During the trip, I participated in a margarita tasting in the lobby bar, which featured all of the specialty margaritas that Frida offers. Out of the 12 sampled, I favored the Peanuts Signature Margarita, the Cilantro Coriander Margarita, and Tamarind Mint Margarita. After dinner, I overindulged and ordered room service (their 24-hour menu includes prime
selections, such as grilled flanked steak, beef filet in black pepper sauce, mahi-mahi medallion, Hawaiian pizza, and coconut shrimp in mango and mint sauce).
Despite the level of luxury presented throughout the property, the resort is very welcoming towards kids and families. The resort offers activities such as karaoke, guitar band performances, fiestas, and there is also a kids and teen club available. Some of the exciting inclusive activities located at the resort are windsurfing, snorkeling, kayaking, cycling, tennis, aqua aerobics, boogie boards, as well as scuba diving demonstrations at the pool. There is also fitness center that offers exercise classes during the weekdays, such as Tae-Bo, Pilates, Hath yoga, Zumba, and Danza Polinesia. In the mornings, I either ordered room service or dined in their beachside restaurant, Azul.
The restaurant offers panoramic views of the Bahia de Banderas, and is open from 7am to 11pm. Cuisines offered are Mexican, Italian, Japanese, and Chinese, as well as grilled selections and seafood.
Friday evening, I dined at the Italian restaurant, Lucca. The interior is inspired by Roman design, and there was a live piano performance during dinner. The six course meal included items such as the Rustic Lucca style salad, poached artichoke carpaccio, tortelli in cherry tomato sauce, and baked zucchini.
The next morning, I experienced my much-anticipated spa treatment at the multiple
award-winning Spa Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit. I chose the Four Hand Samunprai Massage, which included two massage therapists using hot compressions, exotic herbs, and medicinal heat to sooth muscles and release tension. The spa’s design was very calming, adorned with flowers floating in water, neutral earth toned décor, and a large marbled wall with cascading water.
Before my massage, I was treated with the complimentary hour long Hydrotherapy Ritual. This started with a revitalizing shower, followed by a visit to the herbal steam room, sauna time, Jacuzzi soak, followed by a dip in the two-temperature lagoon, with a final multi-jet Swiss shower. Currently, the spa is offering a special of purchasing one of their specialty massages, and selecting another massage for only $10.
My last night at the Grand Velas was spent dining at the French cuisine restaurant, Piaf. The décor was tastefully elaborate with breathtaking avant garde chandeliers, coupled with live violin music. Some of the selections from the menu included the tri-color cream soup (pumpkin, tomato, pea), grilled Scottish salmon in Chardonnay sauce, and the chocolate moelleux with English crème figs. My personal favorite was the Bourguignonne escargots, which were expertly prepared in a creamy butter sauce. Besides the opportunity to overindulge in the resorts many premier food selections, the Grand Velas offers the ultimate luxury all-inclusive vacation. Take part in the many complimentary water sports and activities available, experience a massage in one of the Leading Spas of the World, and relax by the serene private beach and pool.

GIRL'S GETAWAY TO ARUBA GIRL'S GETAWAY TO ARUBA
- From: ajjordan2
-
Description:
My best friend and I took a much-needed vacation in Aruba this past February. Aruba has the highest rate of return in the Caribbean, and our experience on the “Happy Island” left very little to be desired…We stayed at the Aruba Marriott & Stellaris Casino, which recently added a new adults-only pool to their exclusive resort. The pool features a 10,000 sqft terrace, plush cabanas with iPod docking, rum-infused sno-cones, and a fully-stocked bar. This new addition compliments the adults-only Tradewinds Club, which was a similar experience to staying at an all-inclusive hotel.
Access to the Tradewinds Club includes 5 complimentary meals per day, daily open bar serving premium liquor, discovery hour (sampling of different appetizers), tea time, as well as a reserved beach area. The TC rooms include upgraded perks such as pillow menus (feather, foam, etc), plush bathrobes, and luxurious aloe bath products.

Both the adults-only hotel and the Tradewinds Club allowed us to experience the pool, beach, and club kids-free. However, we did venture into the main pool a few times to relax in the lazy river.
For dinner, we ate at the Marriott’s Simply Fish restaurant, which offers a sunset dining experience on the
sand in front of the lapping waves. As its name implies, the restaurant serves a medley of fresh seafood; try the “Arubian Triangle”, a sampler of lobster, grouper, and seabass (This was our favorite restaurant on the resort, but the hotel also offers Japanese, Italian, and American fare).
The Screaming Eagle was a perfect off-resort restaurant, where the décor was presented in a very intimate and romantic setting. Flowing white drapes enclose private plush love seats to give a feeling of dinner in bed. Some of the popular menu items were the Thai Caramelized Shrimp and the Crème brûlée of Hungarian duck liver. I chose the lobster.Saturday night started off as a relaxing night in, but at the stroke of 10pm, we heard the beginnings of music pumping in the distance from our hotel balcony. We ventured downstairs to what turned out to be a popular beach party adjacent to the Marriott (called Moomba Beach). The party was awesome, and the music selections ranged between R&B, Hip Hop, Reggae, to local artists. There was a guest DJ from New York, as well as popular Aruban artist, DJ Diablo. (Saturday nights at Moomba Beach are popular for locals as well as tourists).
Other nightspots that we visited were located 5 minutes from the Marriott hotel, which included The Sopranos piano bar, where you can experience live American-based music from the 60’s to current hits, as well as Senor Frogs, Confession, and Gusto lounges (typically younger crowds).

The Marriott has a resident casino (Stellaris), and I signed up for blackjack lessons during my second day in Aruba. My first time playing blackjack was very entertaining, although playing with fake money was more comforting then using real money J (the hotel also offers bartender and salsa lessons).
There are many marine/outdoor activities accessible from the Marriott beach. These sports include windsurfing, kite boarding, and paddleboard yoga. We decided to try the paddleboard yoga-an engaging aerobic activity that provided instruction in yoga positions, meditation, and allowed us to “become one with the ocean”.
One of the most widely-used excursion-tour companies on the island is DePalm Tours, as they offer land, air, and sea excursions. My friend and I took a jeep tour, which took us throughout the island of Aruba (which is only 6 miles wide), and allowed us to experience the destination’s arid, desert terrain, filled with cactus plants, rocky cliffs, and natural coral bridges.
The tour included a stop at a local Aruban church, a visit to the famous coral bridge which collapsed in 2005, as well as a swimming experience at a natural pool.
We enjoyed our jeep tour so much, that we signed up for the DePalm Tours snorkeling excursion. The tour was a half-day retreat, which took us to three popular beaches for snorkeling. The tour featured an open bar, lunch, and did not have any loud hosts or performers (it was a great laid back choice that allowed us to relax on the boat and snorkel at leisure).
We upgraded our experience while on the catamaran to the snuba diving tour, which allowed us to dive at 12 feet below and see a greater variety of marine life on the ocean floor.

Christmastime In Paris Christmastime In Paris
- From: Funkidivagirl

Description:
Paris in December? Isn’t Paris a spring and summer destination? Well yes it is, but I can now tell you that it is a great winter vacation as well. And even though we were in Paris for Le Web, a tech conference, many tourists visit Paris in December. While it wasn’t as crowded as it was during our summer visit, I was not alone during my visits to museums, churches and other Paris sites. Many Germans, Italians, Japanese and French people were on holiday in Paris (I didn’t see many Americans). Despite the cold, rainy weather that Paris has this time of year, it’s a beautiful place to visit in December because the entire city is decorated for Christmas.
Big department store, tiny boutiques, restaurants, cafés, churches, squares and entire streets–they are all decorated for Christmas! I was giddy with joy every time I stepped outside our apartment door because I love Christmas decorations. Best of all were the Christmas huts selling gifts, sweets, food and my husband’s favorite of all, vin chaud (hot wine). The Champs-Elysées had the most huts to stroll–blocks and blocks. Christmas music was playing over the loud speakers, traditional songs we know, but in French. We strolled down the Champs during the day and came back at night to see the lights. There were also Christmas huts elsewhere in the city; the metro stop near our apartment was very festive as was the area surrounding Sacre Coeur.
Galeries Lafayette has a “rock and roll Christmas” theme this year. The holiday windows are best seen in this video that I shot with my iPhone. It’s quite an event to come view the windows; it was packed with both adults and children.

My fabulous trip in Japan - To My fabulous trip in Japan - Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima
- From: yasmina
-
Description:
Japan, both in physical size and global power might be seen as the big brother to Korea, but telling that to a Korean is similar to telling a Scotsman he's English. To the average westerner Japan is probably looked upon as similar to Korea and China but besides eating rice the differences are noticeable.
Immediately you are struck at the politeness and accommodation of the Japanese people. Throughout our stay in Japan we experienced great hospitality.
Tokyo, with a population bigger then that of Delhi, Los Angeles and Beijing combined correctly holds it's reputaton as the great and more expensive city in the world. Taxi's start at 700 Yen (£7; $14; 14,000 won), a meal 1000-1200 yen and a pint of beer around 6-800 yen. However the public transport is superb and in the same manner as Korea, on time to the second. Using the subway (whilst confusing at first) is the best way to see the city, allowing you to see the majority of the city in the two day/nights we were there. The city itself is still recovering from the effects of the Tsunami in March 2011 and still regularly experiences minor after-shocks* with a limit placed on electricity usage at night and the extrememly helpful and normally talkative hostel owner noticeably quietening upon myself asking whether or not Tokyo had fully recovered from the events. Despite this, the famous night-life and shopping Shibuya district located in the west of Tokyo was still swarmed with both people and neon lights on a late August Monday night at 11pm.
We had rent an apartment on a vacation rentals website in Japan, even If we didn't found apartment in Korea where we decide to go to hotels. Before leaving Korea we had purchased the JR railway pass (Japan Railways)
Pushing speeds of 300km/h, a journey in a bullet train feels a bit like travelling in a plane, both in appearance and time saved. The journey from city to city (Tokyo>Osaka;Osaka>Hiroshima;Hiroshima>Fukuoka) took just under 2 hours each.
Located between Tokyo and Osaka is Mt. Fuji. The weather was overcast at the time but the mountain can be spotted for miles around and on a clear day the mountain can be seen from Tokyo Tower, 60 miles away. The next three days were spent between Osaka and Kyoto, the two cities close by, separated by a 15-minute train journey. Osaka, big in area but not in attractions can be seen as the opposite to Kyoto, small in size but packed with temples and shrines (both originals and restorations). Once the capital of Japan, Kyoto is one of the few Japanese cities to survive WWII relatively intact and due to this remains a favorite city for many tourists to visit. The city is easy to get around, built in an american grid-like system served by air-conditioned buses much needed on what was an extremely hot and humid day.
After spending the last afternoon in Osaka at the traditional, cultural enhancing Universal Studios it was off to Hiroshima, which along with Nagasaki was subject to the effects of an atomic bomb.

Here was our trip in this so particular country.

Description:
Many who travel to Manila find that the cosmopolitan capital of the Philippines is the most exciting city in Asia, offering a blend of cultures, a good supply of historic sights and places to see, and unforgettable experiences.
Manila tends to grow on you the more time you spend in it.However, the city really does offer an inviting tourist scene, with hotels, restaurants and an excellent nightlife to be found never far from the Roxas Boulevard, the Taft Avenue and the Pasig River. Rizal Park (Luneta) lies just to the north of the city's famed tourist belt and forms the very heart of the city, overlooking the beautiful Manila Bay and dates back some 200 years.
Intramuros
Intramuros (the old town) is the most historically significant portion of Manila, and is also the oldest portion of the city. Intramuros is a walled enclave, located right on the banks of the historic Pasig River, dominated by century-old and medieval buildings, churches and other historic establishments.
Rizal Park
This historic park is the site where the Philippines' national hero - Dr. Jose P. Rizal - was shot dead and became a martyr for the love for his country. The park is one of the best open spaces in the country, and among the largest in Southeast Asia.
American Cemetery and Memorial
Providing a quiet spot to retreat from Manila’s rat race, the American Cemetery near the Makati commercial centre is a welcome peaceful oasis, much visited by tourists, especially veterans of World War II.
Tagaytay City
Tagaytay is one of the most visited tourist destinations in the Philippines, famous for the Taal Volcano. The volcano is unique in that it sits on an island in a lake, and has another lake within its vast crater.
Banaue
This fascinating region in northern Luzon is known for being largely untouched by Western civilisation and gives a glimpse of the true Philippines. In a string of villages around Banaue people live according to age-old tribal traditions.
This small island, shaped like a tadpole, has become a memorial and open-air museum commemorating the World War II stand of Filipino and American troops against the Japanese invaders. The island is the largest of several at the entrance to Manila Bay.

I believe nomadic life is moving-oriented, adaptive and one of the tuft life to challenge people. Nomads live very close to the nature, depend on nature and pray for nature which involves landscape, sun, blue sky, river, grass, mountain and trees. Loving nature is their value. Because if this year winter is not harsh and quite warm, nomads are really thankful for nature and happy. Keep ancestor customs, protecting , adapting nature to breed live stocks is value of nomadic life.
Sun
In Mongolia, every morning especially women sprinkle milk to the sun when it rises. They believe and pray for sun to protect our family and loving ones with white milk which is symbol for goodness. Worshiping sun is one of our nomadic life values.
Landscape
Nomads move 3-4 times in a year. When they move they leave the place very clean and no print. Because we believe if they pollute the landscape it counts as a sin.
River-water
They always take water with clean ladle from the river. If they pollute river with milked ladle they believe that they become blind.
Blue Sky
Nomads believe when flood comes if we make voice to the sky it stops. So that nomads when flood come they climb to the top of mountain and make voice to the sky.
Grass
They prohibit children pulling out grass and break growing tree. These are examples of protecting nature.
During my trip, my horse trekking guide shared me that he cried because someone broke growing tree which is only one around that area. This is his value of nomadic life. Also he lives in further Terelj as a nomad. He also shared me that Japanese tourist visited their home ten years ago. When that tourist leave the place he cried that be this beautiful natured place same forever because he loved so much. But now you see many crowded building here. I realized his heart broke while he is talking. Because he loves the nature which is one of his live values.
I asked from one nomadic family do you want to move to live in Ulaanbaatar city. They answered this life is from my ancestor and we can’t leave it but maybe for my children it can be possible. Following the ancestor rule and breed their livestock is one of their life values.
I met some of guys in countryside. They shared that few days ago they visited Ulaanbaatar city with some amount of money. But they spent all money within 3 days and realized that it is not the place where they live. Nomads have real freedom than citizens. They move where ever they want and independent. When tourists travel around countryside they shout that freedom is here and they could take a rest well. Freedom is one of their precious values.
Loving live stocks
My horse trekking guide loves horse. He trains racing horse and if he got money he dreams to buy more racing horses. From here I see nomads love their live stocks. Breeding them is most important value for them.
I heard several times that when hard winter comes to take away many of nomads live stocks many child herders get stress and hurt. This shows how they love livestock and even it is the reason to get hurt.
Loving neighbors
If nomads look people or nomads who are moving they go there with a plate of pastry, dairy products and milk tea. Because they think we are nomads too. They will move someday in that time others might feed us with their food and think our help. Mongolian people generally help those who need and suffer from sickness and contribute when hard time comes. It is critical that young people forget about this customs. Ex. There were students travelling in the countryside. Then local nomads came to them and offer their food to them. After finish to eat food one of student asked locals how much should we pay for your food?. But local nomads disappointed. Because nomads don’t do those things for money.
Nomads heart for others is one of their values. Especially in Gobi area, nomads never lock the door because they think if someone in need such as hungry then come to our house and cook also take things you need.
Having various intelligences
I think the intelligence of growing live stocks is one of the values. Because nomads learn caring live stocks, increasing the numbers and overcoming the harsh weather saving live stocks from the childhood. Good herder can be good businessmen. The reason is they know how to turn and increase ten sheep to twenty. This is their intelligence. They
prize herders who increased number of lives tocks to one thousand. Growing children intelligence is one of their values. Because when children turn to adult, get married they live next to the parents as a neighbor. Parents teach riding racing horse for boys from age 3, looping wild horse and training racing horse. For girls, they teach riding racing horse too also making dairy products and milking live stocks.

After the defeat of Japan, American troops are based in Japan. Many Japanese women are quick and U.S. soldiers take on their exotic valentine. Later U.S. soldiers after returning home, leaving a lot of women and not take children... 1977 Japan produced film hat, tells the history of urbanization on state-owned land whether only Links London Sweetie Bracelets in? The obvious answer is no. Prodect such, besides Hong Kong outside the city-state colonies, almost all the city's establishment and expand, are not for all government land on the premise of. So, in the mainland, why the premise must be change urbanization ownership of land, namely, the city government replace farmers, become will be incorporated into the urban land within the scope of the owners? Or, rather, the city government why became urbanization monopolistic rights? I'm afraid nobody can from economics for Links London Bracelets government to do so on providing compelling reasons. The Government's duty Government 's Role in The cities are more means a way to organize economic activity, city of knowledge and division of labor intensive network could let various improve efficiency of resource utilization. Smith said the "in natural liberty" system, as a form of economy "city" can naturally cover rural a Links London Necklaces reas, although degree differs. Can say, urbanization is merely a degree of problem, between city and country should not exist entirely legal textbooks. This natural free system, first refers to persons and articles, capital and all elements not restrictions to the free flow of between urban and rural areas. Public opinion is very concerned about the farmer free flowing into the cities, should speak, city from problems into town farmers legal, but to accept the rights of farmers to enjoy. But, under existing system, the farmer free into the city just means that both sides of the links of london rings sale isolation of the scale of urban and rural population will have to be adjusted, isolation system itself, but was still there. Political justice and economic efficiency from the Angle, the most important is to break the urban and rural isolation system itself. Based on this, city residents can freely to rural living instead is a more important question. That is to say, helping to break the urbanization of rural isolation is characterized by the government, don't links of london earrings need land, open business concentration the process of development and citizens can live to the country and the city on not to land the nationalized premise expansion. City residents to rural living free to urban resources. In fact, it is the process of rural natural flow. The main purpose of binary land system is to protect farmland, prevent excessive rural land occupied city. This purpose not only not possible - the reality is the land waste occupy land is very serious, has also led to a non intentions c links of london bracelets onsequences: stop the urban resources to rural free flow spontaneously. And this flow could have become a catalyst, allowing those who are in rural economic system with low efficiency in circular elements, naturally into urban economic form, thus greatly improve its efficiency. This can also put the city public to rural. One of the most important is, farmers with what they have land for capital, naturally into urban economic system, and with the urban population form a kind of symbiotic relationship, in fact, in his own land to become the economic and social significance of city residents. Naturally reasonably urbanization, the government needs to go away, let city, to let farmers and natural extension two-way flow freely citizens. Only links of london in this way, between city and country won't have the absolute contrast, urbanization can absorb farmers, farmers can also become the subject of urbanization, but not like this is a links of london charm pure object, or even simply irrelevant.
